I've been a member at Pure Gym Whitechapel for nearly three years, and while the location has its merits, there are some significant issues that need addressing. On the positive side, the gym offers a wide range of equipment suitable for various workout routines, and the class schedules are fairly diverse. However, the most glaring problem is the state of the toilets. In all honesty, they are possibly the worst I have ever encountered. The persistent foul smell and the lack of cleanliness make them almost unusable. It's genuinely difficult to even step inside without being overwhelmed by the conditions. Another major concern is the presence of mice running around the gym. This is not only unsettling but also raises serious questions about hygiene. Despite these drawbacks, the gym's location is convenient, and the membership price is competitive. However, the poor hygiene standards significantly detract from the overall experience. I hope management takes these issues seriously and implements immediate improvements.
