Public toilet (Angel Central)

It's nice clean toilet. A lot of cubicles. There's a water fountain outside for humans and dogs.

Went to the womens toilet with my baby as I am a woman. Waited to use the toilet. A male dressed as a woman came out of the toilet and he didn't wash his hands and left. I felt very uncomfortable as a young mother. Do as you please with your life but stop using women's toilet when you're clearly not a woman.
