Title: Great Facilities but Poor Responsiveness to Customer Feedback I’ve been using this gym for a while now and overall the facilities are good. However, there’s one ongoing issue that really needs attention. I’ve repeatedly asked the staff to install a digital clock in the swimming, sauna, and steam room area something that should be standard for safety, time-tracking, and basic convenience. Despite mentioning it multiple times over a long period, nothing has been done and there’s been no follow-up or communication. It feels like customer feedback isn’t being listened to, which is disappointing for a gym at this price point. A simple digital clock would make a big difference for members, and it’s frustrating that such a small request has been ignored for so long. I hope management actually takes this seriously and starts responding to member suggestions instead of overlooking them.

The gym has recently been fitted with new equipment, which is great and makes workouts much more enjoyable. The yoga and spinning classes are also really good, with friendly and competent instructors who make the sessions fun and engaging. However, the experience in the female changing room has been consistently disappointing. The cleaning staff are often rude, hold loud conversations on speakerphone and eat strong-smelling food in the changing area. On two occasions when I needed help (once when towels were missing and another when my locker wouldn’t open), I was met with hostility and told to “go talk to the manager” both times while I was soaking wet and had to walk to upstairs to do so. It’s especially upsetting because I’ve gone out of my way to help others by calling staff when they were locked out of their lockers, even though I’m just a member. Fortunately, the reception staff are always kind and professional, but the attitude and behaviour of the cleaning staff really undermine what could otherwise be a great gym experience.
