Brilliant gym, staff and owner were very welcoming, valued feedback. It is deceptively big, top tier kit, well thought out. The environment is great and irrespective of your goal, whether you’re a complete novice or you’re competing, impossible not to grow here. Changing room was big, enough lockers, showers have shower gel and shampoo. The gym has meals, snacks, drinks, nutrition.
