As a HGV driver after 12 plus hour day i do look forward to a hot shower in clean facilities. On the whole in nearly 40yrs on the road, I have put up with some terrible facilities, even temporary ones when updates are in progress but this evening (11/11/25) the temporary shower (only 1) provided was freezing cold in a shower room which was awash, floor and flat surfaces soaking wet. Found a staff member who confirmed shower was cold, next staff member (smiths) went to find manager, manager finished at 18.00 so at 18.10 I was left with............... no solution, no alternative offered. Unlike other services providers who actually set up a room in motel for drivers to shower, MOTO doesn't. So so fortunate I hadn't actually paid for my parking first. I departed, disappointed as yet another huge provider of service's to the motorist and rinses them while doing it, sticks 2 fingers up at the men and women who transports this country's goods 24/7/365.
