The attitude and the lies and tricks when it comes to the membership terms- really low level of custumer service. Im not sure if that was superviser or manager (dosnt behave like manager, too simple mentality) make you feel like you been traped into scam and she smile to you when you realise it was wrong place to spend your money. I live in the area and I travel to other gym. All I asked was to end my contract after year, because of healthcare issues. It was not early ,it was exactly on time and I planed to come back latter in 2,3 month. After giving notice they continued to take money from me. It dosnt worth to lose custumers like that ,so that gym may be shadow money washing place. No one will act like that.

An amazing and needed experience. My partner and I booked a day pass, we arrived a couple of hours beforehand to enjoy the sauna and steam room, which was amazing and then had a 60 minute massage. Towels and robes were provided, as well as flip flops (if needed but we brought our own). The massage was great and customised to fit your needs - they made us feel very comfortable and communicated during the entire process. They were two young girls (I don’t have the best memory so don’t remember their names but one began with a V and I think the other was Donyel?). Regardless, the experience was great and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about it :)
