so it’s tuesday the 30th of december . best check on line via there web site to see if there open ? And yes all good , turn up after a 9hr 40 drive, to find yes there open for parking only . no hot food , access to the toilets and showers only . wich granted they where nice and clean . but there web site is very very miss leading. clearly shows as yes open . ping meal it is for tea. I wasn’t the only driver to have this problem . probably around 20 or so trucks there . All under the impression that the site was fully open, is this a ploy just to get people in so they keep the money coming in . popped into the petrol station to be met with 3 stale sandwiches in the fridge, and some very nasty looking pasty’s that looked more battered than Jake paul . spoke to the lady behind the counter regarding this , all she said was it’s on the web site , so i showed her the web site ( pic enclosed ) she grumbled and went and sat back down to watch tv . it doesn’t take much to correctly state what’s open and what isn’t on line. customer service 0 food 0 ( as i couldn’t get any ) conflicting opening hours on google and there own web site

Nice place to park and facilities are great - Cafe and showers. However the lady in the shop by the barrier hasn't got any customer skills. Pulled up here last night really tired, when I went to pay she was busy on her private phone, after she eventually ended a long conversation she continued to ignore me by talking to someone else who wasn't in need of service. Thank god for the security bloke realising that I was stood there like a lemon wanted to pay for parking. Man saved the situation.
