Great equipment and space, including women’s only section. The changing rooms are also good and kept in good condition/cleanliness. Good variety of classes at different days/times too. Gemma’s spin classes are great, so empowering and get a good sweat on! Love that they responded to customer feedback and are now 24/7, however they removed the cleaning stations last year and I can’t understand why. People now can’t clean their own equipment down which is a bit uncomfortable sometimes. I would say the entry QR codes are a bit annoying as they only work once a day but I sometimes go twice due to work schedules and class times - even more inconvenient now it’s 24/7 and staff aren’t always available. Also there is an ongoing issue that the front door will note open with my QR code before 6am which defeats the point of being 24/7. When I raised this with staff they simply told me it was fine and invalidates my genuine issue. Also the new wifi was good for a couple weeks but now does not work so I end up using data which doesn’t always have signal.
