Walking distance 15-20mins, if you with big luggage I will say please avoid this hotel. And Barking is not the "London", some gangster will spitting infront of you, 2nd, the hotel are next to the Ibis Barking, don't go to the wrong hotel. Your hotel is really budget, room without the hair dryer, small bed, but cozy, no soundproof, if you stay at the 1st floor near the main road, I will say you couldn't sleep all day long. 3rd, the breakfast just simple, if you met a group of tour, you should imagine the noisy. Hotel not provide drinking water, only pipe water for drink. Even the hit water also from the coffee machine. Overall I not recommend this hotel. In this price range, the real budget hotel arr worthy than this Budger Ibis. 3 star is for the staff.

Hotel was clean, rooms clean. Clean towels. We didn’t eat at the hotel. Can hear traffic from the roads outside which can be noisy if ur on that side of the hotel. Was nice that checkout is 12pm too so no rushing round in the morning. Would deffo use again 👍Great price too …
