I do not recommend this hotel to someone. My experience was not nice. The lift was not working. I had to use the stairs to the fourth floor. The double room was so small and there is no table and chair for work. The shower almost got me burn. While bathing the water will become very hot or sometimes cold. There are a more comments but I will stop here. I have stayed in other Holiday Inn - it was amazing. This particular Holiday Inn is terrible 😔.

Great location on a quiet street with many cafes and restaurants + shops, supermarkets and services within a short walk. Pimlico Underground Station is. 5 minute walk, Victoria Station is about 10 minutes away. Rooms are quite small, but comfy bed, good shower and everything else you need to base yourself in London. Breakfast set us up for the day very well. All staff were friendly and helpful. Just to follow up on someone else's comment....carpets were being replaced when we were here.
