This hotel was not somewhere I had high hopes for but boy was I wrong. From the beautifully decorated entrance to the exceptionally warm and welcoming staff was great. Immediately put me at my ease so if there were issues I would propbably overlook them. I asked for a fan in our bedroom it was there in minutes, followed by the maintenance man who wondered if there was an issue with the AC (there wasn't, it is just me). Beautifully clean room with a newly fitted shower which I could have stood in for hours, the pressure was so good. The free breakfast was great, along with, again, excellence service. I wanted to take the pancake maker home, it was fabulous. Small bar with reasonably priced drinks. I would definitely stay here again. The Team at this Holiday Inn Express, should be incredibly proud of themselves.
