Staff were absolutely wonderful! The room had a bit of mold in the shower and on the windowsill, but the moment I mentioned it, they sent a cleaner and a supervisor right away—and even followed up later to be sure everything was okay. Breakfast was tasty, and even near the end of service when a few items ran out, they restocked within minutes. Super responsive all around. The location is okay, looks like revitalization happening. No worries though bus stop right out front and the tube just a quick five-minute walk away. We’d happily stay here again!

Price of the 3 night stay with breakfast was very good. Breakfast was average, on the very cheap side. I would advise to go for a breakfast as early as possible, by 9 o’clock it’s crazy busy, and a lot of food is gone, long wait for staff to restock it. Room and bathroom were clean, but I think shower curtain should be change for a proper shower door. Mattress were not very comfortable, we had feeling we are sleeping with our heads lower than our feet (2 single beds). Big plus for a nice and large TV.
