Like most on here, dropped in for a few days during my London visit. Location is awesome.. overlooking the canal. It’s a no frills gym.. bring your towels kind of thing.. with all the necessary equipment to get a sweat in while on holiday. Weights section, barbells, machines, cardio equipment.. simple and value for money, especially if you’re visiting

Fantastic gym in Hoxton! I (and hubby too) used this gym during our month’s stay in London recently. It’s got everything you need in terms of gym ‘stuff’ to get a proper workout in - whether strength or cardio, decent showers AND sauna and steam room. Tim who runs the gym is the nicest guy. If I lived in the area I’d definitely become a member!
