Haven Kent Coast Holiday Park

Absolutely love this park and what an amazing holiday I had and wish I booked a week instead of 4 nights Loved every second of the holiday and loved the hire bikes for £10 for 4 hours is a bargain and made so many happy memories and really got to venture out on the bikes. The staff were very friendly and chilled. The security guard Steve was amazing and very understanding of our hidden disability. He was a very nice man to talk to and you could have a right laugh with all the staff which made the holiday so much more enjoyable and fun. I certainly will be booking here a lot more often. Entertainment was amazing and they really put on a good show The swimming pool was nice and warm with friendly lifeguards. Can’t wait for the new slides to be built. Considering we booked bronze caravan wasn’t expecting much, but the accommodation was so clean and tidy and was more than I expected it even had a 40 inch TV and a dishwasher which we absolutely loved thank you haven 😊😊😊

Booked 3 nights in a bronze caravan with our grandchildren here as a Christmas treat. On arrival we were upgraded to a silver caravan. Thankyou so much for that. The accommodation was great. Loved the Christmas tree, en suite main bedroom & 2 x twin rooms. Caravan was gleaming & well thought out with all the mod cons you expect nowadays. We had a minor issue with the TV which was resolved immediately. Great customer service. Park is in a lovely location overlooking the Thames estuary with Southend as a backdrop. It had loads to do which the kids loved. They did the bungee trampoline, swimming, the jump, aerial adventure & the climbing walls. Word of warning though. The pool is very very loud, busy & not one for doing lengths. It's a fun pool for families & children at the end of the day. Building work going on outside to modernise the outdoor pool apparently. We loved the park. It was relaxing & quiet where we stayed. I would highly recommend this park. We will come back again next year. Note: We did leave early Sunday lunchtime as we had booked ice skating in Gillingham & had work/school Monday morning. Local access roads to the site are not for the feint hearted but don't let that put you off.
