Very friendly staff and some useful equipment but: 1. Closing at 9pm is not ideal at all for me 2. The changing rooms are too cold 3. No machines

Really enjoyed the classes here, iv'e done Quickfire and The Hurtlocker. Both the classes went really quick and pretty tough, all in all a good workout and I will be going back to both. Always nice when the instructor (Izzy) makes an effort to remember your name :) The classes were not too busy and the shower facilities with towels, shampoo and hairdryers is a good bonus.
