I was a member of this gym for a couple of years, and was really taken aback by how much the gym is driven by community compared to large chains. There is a dedicated space for multiple disciplines of strength work (callisthenics, powerlifting, free weights, Hyrox) and the staff are stacked with personal trainers who can help you pursue your fitness goals in a way that best suits you. Andy and the team are very friendly and respectful, noticeably more so than your average gym, with it being apparent from your first session how passionate and dedicated they are to building a community of like-minded gym goers. Like most gyms, during peak hours it can be tricky to grab the machines you need, and sometimes the changing rooms can feel packed, but if you work/live around London Bridge, this is an ideal gym, and I would still be here if my office was closer (such that I could dodge peak times) or I lived closer. I was not much of a class-goer but they have lots of different options available for people to take advantage of.

Clean facilities, well-maintained machines, and a motivating atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the space never feels overcrowded. Perfect for both beginners and serious lifters. Highly recommend!
