This gym continues to just get worse ! Toilets are either out of order or stink of urine, the equipment has more dust on than my nans antique cabinet, showers are filthy and no cleaner ever in site to clean the place. When staff are supposed to be on shift they train clients leaving potential members to press a bell !! But wait 10 minutes. A few Sundays ago a homeless guy was in the changing rooms as the gate is left open, while PTS are paid to train a client. The WiFi is useless but they can’t simply add a booster ? Membership fees go up regular while standards and service go down. Today I’ve arrived at the gym 9.30am and to my surprise they closed !! Should open at 8 but the staff member is 2 hours late, how is that customers fault ? We pay for a service that is nothing but shambolic. When will someone higher up either investigate it or do something about it. You email the manager and he ignores your email. Few pictures attached taken just after opening ( yes 2 hrs late ) how is things this filthy when you just opened ??

I love this place. I've been coming here for years, since it first opened. It's a large gym, with a huge variety of equipment and weights. Maybe nine separate areas depending on what you're wanting to do. Plus a large studio room for classes. It's a marked constrast from the typical high-end gyms which you pay much more for. Where you get the whole swimming / sauna experience, fresh towels etc. But their actual gyms are never nearly as good as this one is. Over the years they keep making gradual improvements in the types of equipment and layout, until it's now in an optimum state for all tastes. It's cheap, very large, laid back, friendly. It's got a lot of choices, accommodating almost any kind of exercise. Except swimming. There's no water dispenser, so bring your own.
