Located under the railway arches of Cambridge Heath station, it’s very easy get to. There’s plenty bus stops around it as it’s in the corner of a busy cross junction. If you prefer to drive then there’s free parking after 5:30pm and all day Sunday’s. It looks very small from the outside, as you can’t see how many arches they’ve taken. But it’s actually quite long and also us a women’s only workout area if the ladies prefer segregation. They have great equipment, enough space and also a spacious changing room with a sauna inside it. The shower cubicles are the biggest non-family cubicles I’ve seen! The neon lights everywhere makes the place feel alive, even when there’s not many people in the gym (gives you good energy for a good workout). The staff there are really friendly too!
