Finchley Lido Leisure Centre

Finchley Lido Leisure Centre is an excellent place for fitness, relaxation, and family fun. The facilities are always clean and well looked after, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The swimming pool is spacious, with warm water and plenty of lanes, making it great for both casual swimmers and regular training. The gym offers a wide range of modern equipment, and the atmosphere is welcoming for all fitness levels. I also love the family-friendly areas, which make it easy to enjoy a day out with children. Overall, a fantastic centre that offers great value and a consistently positive experience.

Its a small gym but has everything you need and is never overly crowded. However on numerous occasions I have seen children around the free weights. The changing rooms have no air con and there seems to be a lack of lockers on bisy days. The adult pool is nice, the lido is past its sell by date.
