The classes are F45 Camden are excellent - really varied as each day as a different structure with different exercises and muscle group focuses. I particularly like the hybrid and cardio based ones as I feel they’re really effective. They even have hyrox specific classes which are a real challenge! The team are so friendly and welcoming and the classes are suitable for beginners and pros. The studio and changing rooms are always clean and well equipped.
