Good reasons I'm happy with the price, staff and equipment. I like the gym lockers though a few are a bit stiff and the shower temperature is always good and controllable. However the sauna has not been fixed for long enough that the ink on the sign is discolouring. The showers don't have any sort of lock function just a door (doesn't especially bother me but it's certainly disconcerting when midway through someone pushes it semi open. One of the shower doors didn't exist. Overall 4 star because it does what I need it to - be a gym and swimming pool. The app is pretty good (much better than the website) and the staff were all nice to me. I use the showers every time excluding that one occasion no one else has pushed on the door while I was using it and I continue to use them.

Went to this centre yesterday for the first time, as I had booked a pool slot. The entire changing area/toilets/showers is just dirty, covered in limescale and very gross. The toilets reeked of urine and the sinks were covered in limescale and dirt. Puddles of water everywhere. The area around the pool si visibly dirty and had green mold in places.
