For the size it has relatively good equipment. The punch bag area caters well for my needs. Changing room arrangement is not great but it’s the best solution considering the layout of the gym overall. Best thing about the gym is the staff, very approachable, very friendly & they all look like they train themselves well. 24 hr access is a big bonus too.

Posted 2019: Great new little gym and has all the basic gym equipment I need. Really friendly staff especially Mike, Lianne, Henry, the club manager and all the rest. They make me feel welcome every time and its always nice seeing them. I love that they have boxing bags which not many gyms have. Free lockers, hand sanitizer, wet wipes etc. to keep us safe. Overall for the monthly membership price, cant complain!! Update 2023: Sorry, had to leave this gym. Like every budget gym and now I don’t know if this one is worse because of the location but sadly people do not take care of equipments here. Most equipments are grim and the one spin bike at the front, the saddle is completely broken. I can say more but let’s just leave it as that.
