If I could rate it 0 stars I would. To begin, the “trainer” at the gym who welcomed me could not explain to me absolutely anything about the body scanner, how it works and what the results mean.. secondly, the matts were atrociously dirty and many people working out there need a serious BO check and learn about showering and the use of deodorant so that they are mindful of everyone else working out there that is trying to use the space without gagging (and no, in case you are wondering, I am not exaggerating). Lastly, first look around the gym when touring everything seemed great so I accepted to pay the monthly membership cost in full. Once I finished my workout I shared this negative experience with the front desk and asked for a refund and that they keep the 10£ day rate charge. They hounded me on whatsapp for a tour but when it came to cancelling - radio silence. I had to dispute this transaction as they were unwilling to help. Terrible customer service.
