I used to be a member of this gym and I would never go back. I had to cancel my membership last minute and I found out that somewhere in the fine print there is a 30 day cancellation clause which was NOT made clear at the time of signing up. I had to cancel my membership just after my payment went out so I paid for 2 months where I didn't use the gym at all. They are not at all accommodating, it's virtually impossible to get through on the phone to them and they respond to emails at their own leisure (don't be surprised if you wait nearly a month for a response). Don't expect privacy in the showers either, the doors don't lock and and are see through. Essentially their end game is profit, they don't care about their customers. I will personally be going to pure gym, it's cheaper and it's open 24 hours!

This is actually a really good gym. It’s excellent value for money and it’s got most of the things you get in other gyms (apart from swimming and sauna) but just on a slightly smaller scale. The staff are really friendly and the classes are the best.
