Extremely disappointing! Staff aren't welcoming at all. Only busy to train theirs clients and taking all the gym's space. You don't feel comfortable to train. Really annoying. I am extremely disappointed by the misaligned messages from the staff on when the facilities will be ready after never ending renovation. Prices increased and swimming pool, changing rooms etc are not ready yet. Management does no longer reply to email. Classes are always full for people that work full time jobs. Locked in a year contract where value does not meet offering. I recommend you are given written down specifics on facilities termination before signing up.
