A disappointing trial. Firstly when I started my trial there is clear box stating ‘request a call back for induction’ nobody called me back. I called on the day my trial started and nobody picked up. Eventually on the Monday I managed to get booked in for Tuesday and specifically asked if this would be the date my trial started to which I was told this would be honored. Disappointingly my trial ended on day 13 of the initial date, not even day 14 . However the reality is that was day 9 of my trial as nobody booked me in for an initial induction and having spoken to the sales team it was unlikely this would be honoured but no one got back in contact about this. Realistic observations from a regular gym goer: There are far better local gyms for a fraction of the price - equipment is stiff and needs oiling. Spa: heaving on an evening not enough space, towels etc everywhere. Has no sense of quality despite the price point. I have also developed a rash from swimming and passed this on to the operations manager with no reply (I am a regular swimmer and in 30 years never had this and don’t suffer from sensitive skin) the chemicals in the jacuzzi burn your eyes too, I’ve seen lots of forums about this too! Classes: can’t fault an amazing schedule and verity of options, disappointingly my trial allowed me to book classes for this weekend which I was expected to attend but the trial ended Friday morning so I couldn’t attend? Club: great food and staff, a great place to co-work but avoid 4-6pm as there are swarms of children. All in all a pretty disappointing experience given I didn’t get to complete a 14 day trail, spent a week with a terrible reaction rash and was provided with incorrect information.
