Crowne Plaza London Docklands by IHG

We picked here mainly as it was close thd the O2, with just a cable car ride away. Fantastic experience. Gaya was very welcoming and brilliant with our boy, making sure he was included at all times. The room had all facilities as usual. Fridge, hairdryer, condiments and beds were very comfy. Air con took a little while to figure out and the room was warm but no harm done, we just opened the window! The breakfast selection was plentiful and even had proper hot chocolate (not a watered down instant one, im fussy!) Lovely to see beautiful christmas decorations too.
