Community Sauna Baths - Stratford

Amazing spot! 3 saunas which are at a great temperature. One silent sauna which is wonderful. Then two others which people chat softly. They regularly put oils in and wood in to keep it going. Even though it’s in Stratford, it’s a peaceful spot. Free water and tea. Cold plunges and cold showers too. Lockers also. Amazing spot and unlike SO much in london, you don’t need to book weeks in advances and the pricing is fair. Everyone is respectful so you don’t get idiots ruining the vibe. Definitely recommend and great cafe afterwards (Hermanos) for some great coffee!

Glorious spot to unwind in the heart of London. Biiiig shout-out to Regina who is nearly always working when I go. Regina brings great vibes, tips in how to sauna and is friendly and kind. The essential oil ice bombs are always a treat. Daisy is also friendly and once demonstrated the towel wafting - a great experience. This place always makes me feel welcome, part of a community and always more ready to face the world again once I am done.
