Do I want to eat off a table that has others food waste? No thanks. Toilets are worn out. Lots of broken toilets and the wash basins are black and stained. Used to be a good stop off but now it’s clear the owners are not investing and either there aren’t staff or ones that can’t be bothered.

Had to give a 1 star as -5 wasn’t available as an option as a hgv driver a safe place and somewhere to have a hot meal and a shower is a necessity for most drivers which ever you are stopping for. I have to say the showers in the male toilets are the worst showers I have ever used no coat hooks no bench had to hang my bag on the door latch and luckily I wasn’t 20 stones as I would not of been able to even enter the shower. It’s reasons like this that hgv drivers are leaving the industry we all in some way shape or form keep this country flowing yet we are treated like absolute animals. Shame on you extra for not thinking about the welfare of many hgv drivers some of which will supply your franchises inside with everything they need. To any hgv drivers that is ever going to park here get a shower somewhere else or boycott if you can. Disgusting.
