Great gym with good apparatus. It’s 24hrs which is handy if you work late sometimes. Located on the high street in dalston area, but parking is not free till after 6:30pm in the area, and you have to walk a little as there are no parking bays really close. The gym was a little small for my liking. Im a free weights person, and having only three benches in the dumbbell area just wasn’t for me. I went to check the place out on a day pass and luckily found one spare when I went on peak times… but I know this wouldn’t be a regular thing if I joined. Upstairs was boiling hot (don’t know if they have AC or if it wasn’t working). Downstairs was very cool and fresh feeling as the AC was on. The entire gym was a bit too small for my liking as I had to walk in zig zags to not interrupt the members workouts. What I did love about the place was that they had individual shower area with connected changing area. It’s like having your own changing room! They also had a separate changing room cubicles. Again that was your own cubicle so you get maximum privacy when you get changed or you’re showering. Overall it’s a nice gym, but it was too small and busy for the times I go to the gym.
