Great location and plenty of parking spaces. Paul Joy & Bonnie are excellent staff. Sauna & Steam room are very good, swimming pool a bit small but 12 front crawl stokes = 1 length. Gym is well equipped albeit fairly small, however, monthly membership circa £40pm is fantastic value.

Joined because its 2mins from home and needed a kick start. Charging £40 a month for a gym that has equipment covered in rust, to the point that the weight machines do not move fluently, its filthy dirty, there was a plaster in the cup holder on one of the treadmills for 1 week before i put it in the bin myself so obviously not regularly cleaned, the water machine didn't work for nearly the 3 months I was there and still out of action the last time I went Used the changing rooms once and so glad I had flip flops it was disgusting. The pool area was also not nice with the bottom of the pool being very gritty Do not be fooled by its ‘convenient’ location not worth it at all
