Attended the circuit training class, great instructor who varies the exercises every week. Very well attended class and great bunch of regular attendees. Reception staff are cheerful and quickly sign in attendees. Only niggle is the mens showers with poor water pressure when 2 or more using them.
Attended the circuit training class, great instructor who varies the exercises every week. Very well attended class and great bunch of regular attendees. Reception staff are cheerful and quickly sign in attendees. Only niggle is the mens showers with poor water pressure when 2 or more using them.
It’s a good gym with a good size sports hall but the weights room is small and if you sign up for the swimming pool you have to travel into town.
