The Little Hear Retreat is such a hidden gem. An oasis of calm and healing. Beautiful gardens, fantastic hot sauna and a refreshing cold outdoor shower. But it’s the little touches that set this place apart from others. The aromatherapy iceballs, the botanical mocktails, the handmade face scrubs and oils. Amy puts so much effort into ensuring your experience is the best it can be. I cannot recommend this place more highly.

This is such a wonderful experience and Amy has thought of everything. From the moment you walk into her garden you feel calm and serene. 1hour isn’t long enough to soak up the atmosphere, but if that’s all you can book do it! From sauna to cold shower to popping ice balls on the hot coals and inhaling the essential oils to having natural clay masks and body scrubs made for you, it’s all gorgeous. X
