Almost perfect place I would say. You can do many activities here with or without trainers, including swimming, and climbing. There is a restaurant/cafe inside that serves decent food. Depending on which of the three types of memberships you subscribe, you have partial/full access to all activities at any day and time. Here, I would have loved a wellness center/spa if there was one.

I use the Olympic-size swimming pool here, which is excellent and well maintained. At £6.70 a session, it’s perhaps on the pricier side, but the facilities are very good. My main gripe, however, is not with the venue but with some pool users. Please stop wearing perfume (or strong scents) in the pool. It’s unpleasant to smell and even taste while swimming. There’s a reason we’re asked to shower thoroughly before entering, it keeps the water clean and comfortable for everyone. I’d love to see this rule enforced more strictly. A gentle reminder from staff could make a big difference to the experience for all swimmers.
