Had a lovely 2 night stay to attend our friend's wedding. Campsite pretty and peaceful. Facilities are clean and tidy. Lovely warm shower rooms and showers were easy to use. Staff welcoming and genuinely friendly, also dog friendly too. The wedding catering was excellent, a very tasty meal was served hot, which is quite an achievement from a small establishment. Brilliant choice of venue for a small wedding or event. Thanks to all the staff who worked hard and did a great job.

It’s a very clean sight, a peaceful and friendly setting, but in the lower level|pitches it’s either a fairly steep slope to walk down, or difficult tyre steps to navigate, so would have been a lot better to have a shower block on the lower …
