Previous experience was okay, this time was very poor. The changing area absolutely stank of urine - to the extent that even in the swimming pool it was overpowering. It didn't help that no one had bothered to deal with the full nappy bins. The lifeguards were poor - the girl spent more time chewing her nails than watching the pool; the boy spent more time watching his female colleagues then watching the pool. Not to mention the (learners) pool was overcrowded.

Not to mention the (learners) pool was overcrowded.

Generally I lane swim 3 plus times a week. Sadly over this year things have deteriorated. Lane swimming is adjusted for school holidays which is understandable, however there have been extra lanes put in that raised numerous complaints and made swimming difficult. The showers are often cold or not working, only 2 general use private shower cubicles when they are both working. The hot tub is also often out of action, no communication about how long repairs will take. There is a booking system, but very few people use it, so lanes can get very busy. The life guards themselves are generally polite and happy to help. I do hope they improve, it could be fabulous.
