PureGym Norwich Castle Mall - Women's Workout Space Just Landed!

Terrible gym - the staff were advised by a manager called Elliot to cut padlocks and break into lockers that were there overnight and take people’s belongings and shove them into bin bags. Didn’t even have the decency and respect for people’s stuff to keep it in separate plastic bags, all the stuff got mixed in together leading to some of my stuff being taken by other people when claiming their belongings. The girls locker rooms had pieces of the cut up padlocks all over the benches and the floor making it a safety hazard. No notices up on the walls in the locker rooms or outside or emails to say they were going to empty the lockers. Took me over 30 minutes to get my stuff back because there was no staff in the gym at 5pm when I discovered what happened. Disrespectful to peoples belongings and their privacy.

The Norwich Castle Mall PureGym is well equipped and easy to access. Good changing rooms and over a ok shower area. Well deserved visit if you are thinking starting work out or changing gyms !
