It's been a long time since approaching a gym was comfortable. It was very intimating on my own but I booked a PT appointment with James and he was amazing made me feel super comfortable. Gym is clean and not too buylsy/cramped. Lots of beverages/snacks available if you desire, lockers (you'll need your own lock), etc. Hoping my gym anxiety will be cured here. Update: going everyday per week, really enjoying my time. Lots of class availability, really quiet around 15:00 if you prefer quiet times.
