Great gym with loads of brilliant equipment and classes for a fantastic price! Time can escape you here with lack of clock or windows however the vibe is always open, friendly and positive! Mornings or Sunday evenings are less busy times (classic) but a modern gym with lots of equipment options. Can sometimes feel like a testosterone pit but everyone is focused on their training so do not let this intimidate you.💪🏼 Great toilet and changing facilities too! Recommend!
