The community there seems very welcoming and there are residents events held thru out the year including picnics and the like. Lovely surroundings, the Orwell Park only a short walk away and the scenic Nacton shores within a 10 min stroll. Well maintained site, set away from the A14 which dramatically reduces the noise level from the road. Swimming pool (heated) and a golf course are on site alongside a cafe/clubhouse. Worth considering if you are of 'that age' and would like to settle somewhere quiet and scenic but also away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
