My family & I are all members (wife, 11 yr old son & 9 yr old daughter) ….we all take classes here & use the pool every week. This five star review is for all the staff - management, cleaners, lifeguards and receptionists. Every contact is friendly and professional, from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. We take our daughter swimming frequently, and on this one particular occasion, she was struggling after a hard day at school. Jane took the time to come over and see if she was alright. She was so empathic and kind. We feel lucky to have such an excellent gym with lovely staff on our doorstep. Thank you.
