Cannot rate this gym highly enough! I joined back in the summer after finally deciding to get in shape, I had a few PT sessions to build up my confidence and now I am absolutely loving it. Great space, got all the equipment I could need. Always really clean and tidy, great changing facilities too so perfect to get in a morning workout before work! Really handy to have 2 hours free parking at the building as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else now and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get fit, never over crowded or having to wait around to use equipment like other similar priced gyms in Norwich.
