Lovely sauna experience at Dilham Hall / canoeing centre. Super nice sauna with cold plunge, cold shower and river / canal all very handy! Lovely countryside views from the sauna. Andy couldn’t have been more helpful! Just opened so get down there!

I had the pleasure of trying out Löyly Sauna during a yoga retreat. And WOW! What an incredible experience! A beautifully crafted and adapted horse box, hiding a little piece of paradise! Such an exhilarating yet deeply relaxing experience. The cold water shower cycle was a little nerve wracking but under the expert guidance and care of Löyly's staff, I was hooked! A really wonderful addition to our yoga retreat, would suit any hen party, birthday celebrations or just "as a treat." I can't wait to have another go.
