The gym is massive! Two floors filled to the brim with equipment. They have absolutely everything you need. Additionally, there are saunas in the changing rooms. It's a bit of a shame, though, that there aren't any mixed-sex saunas where men and women can chill out together. In the afternoons, it’s fine, but it can get quite crowded during peak hours. The good membership price and the fact that the place is open 24/7 are huge pluses - you can work out any time of day or night.

I’ve been training at JD Gym Peterborough for a while now and honestly, it’s one of the best gyms I’ve been a member of. The equipment is modern, well maintained. What really makes the difference, though, is the staff. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and genuinely supportive. A special mention goes to Dmitrijs, one of the personal trainers — very professional, knowledgeable, and motivating. You can tell he truly cares about helping people improve, whether it’s strength, confidence, or overall fitness. His advice and approach made a big difference to my training. The overall vibe of the gym is positive and welcoming — no ego, no pressure, just people focused on getting better. Clean facilities, great energy, and good value for money.
