Location is great - was away for an anniversary weekend. Booked via Expedia. Everything fine on arrival, however… Room advertised as a king bed. It was not a king bed - it’s two uneven singles zipped together on castors making it an uncomfortable sleep. Bathroom flooded with a short shower - it’s pretty gross mopping a floor with towels after a shower. Reported to reception and was told as they are busy it would be an inconvenience for housekeeping to move us. We were offered member points which we declined as we rarely stay in HI. We were offered 2 free drinks again - adding insult to injury. Hotel is noisy- you can hear other rooms, banging on floor above and the breakfast is overpriced for a cold selection of food. Nice enough staff but seemingly apologetic but happy to allow guests to continue in rooms they are unhappy with. No effort to even try and fix the actual issues- other guests will have the same. Would never recommend. Disappointed with our stay. Customer comfort is not catered for.

Location was good, but long bed is not a true king bed - it’s two uneven beds zipped together. walk in shower flooded with every shower - GRIM. We have just seen on other reviews this is known yet clearly unfixed.|We notified reception …
