Holiday Inn Ipswich by IHG

What a fantastic hotel. Had to stay here for a few days for work. The facilities were amazing, the staff were incredible, and the room was really clean and comfortable. I had a great stay. The food and drinks systems were down everything was on paper, which must have been very stressful for the staff, however they all acted commendably during it all. The food was delicious, and reasonably priced. Breakfast included was top notch. Somome came into my room while I was at work and changed my bed and provided fresh towels. It was just a remarkable experience. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

The staff are the kindest we have seen in a UK hotel. All of them were chirpy, full of energy, and so polite. They served us dinner and breakfast with such joy. The rooms are okayish- and it feels like an old property.. there are two floors- and the good part is the swimming pool and steam/sauna are free for all guests (closes at 7 pm). They were very kind and obliged all children guests with a BIG sundae. Very thoughtful!! The food tastes great. It is located at 7-8 mins drive to The city centre. And is right next to big Tesco, B&M, Pizza hut etc. Good hotel, amazing staff.
