Overall, FTC Gym is a fantastic place to train, and I highly recommend it.

I had high hopes when I joined this gym, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. First off, the equipment is outdated and poorly maintained. Several of the machines are either broken or make strange noises when in use. For the amount they charge for membership, I expected far better facilities. There are barely any mirrors and no dedicated stretching space, which makes it hard to complete a full workout routine. Also no water fountain!!! Cleanliness is another major issue. The locker rooms & the showers often have a musty smell, random pipes hanging out. The changing rooms are freezing, and a cleaner even told us that they don’t put the heating on ever. After just two sessions there, I got extremely ill, probably from how cold it was in the facility. For the price they charge, there are far better options out there with cleaner facilities and better-maintained equipment.
