Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all the therapies that are offered. Very informative, before, during (Cryo) and after. You are well looked after here! Your safety and comfort are of the utmost importance. Cryo therapy and sauna, were great! You can connect to the sauna to listen to your own music, there is a shower in the private sauna room for you to wash off after, with shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Soft towels! Hair driers are available, however we did not use them as it was a very hot day when we attended. We will be there again soon for floats! I will then update my review! Returned for our floats! What a GREAT experience, I can't wait to float again!! I found the experience very relaxing. I floated with the lid closed for a while then with it open and lights out. Before you get in the tank, there is a cup of water, goggles, vaseline for any little cuts you may have to stop them stinging when you get in, there is a spray bottle of water and a flannel in the tank with you incase you get salt in your eyes (very helpful), just don't drop your flannel or leave it in the water as it can block the filtration system. The music wasn't the best (rain forest tune). The tanks are big, plenty of room, with a shower in your room for after, to get rid of all the salts. Soap, shampoo and conditioner is supplied, they smell lush! I used the massage chair before my float, this was not too bad, not for me though, was rough on my left leg (I was warned about this beforehand as others have said it's a bit too much on your legs), the chair massages your back, arms, legs and feet. It wasn't bad, just wasn't for me. I highly recommend Float in Norwich! A very welcoming, relaxing and informative environment. I will be returning!

Just come out of my very 1st float session...well what can I say. Amazing experience! Ive never felt so relaxed and it was so lovely to just float and not feel the weight of my baby bump. Ben was so helpful and informative and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and safe by adding towels on the floor so I didnt slip (non slip floor but he wanted me to be extra safe) a lovely pillow for in the pod. Everywhere was so clean. The pamper room had all the necessities even a defuser for my curly hair. I will definitely be coming back again. Thanks so much.
