These are practical toilets, free that had available toilet paper and running water. Warm water to wash hands. The one I used didn’t had hand soap. They are not super clean but quiet nice for free public toilets

Drummer Street Station toilets are only open from 8am onwards. I am at the station at 6:30 to go to work! As for the Baby Changing facilities - you need a radar key to get in. Where is this key kept? Not very “Accessible “ is it? Compare to Huntington Bus Station toilets that are always open and accessible Cambridge public toilets are a disgrace! Shame on you Cambridge City Council!!!
