Our experience started off well however declined drastically mainly due to our youngest sons swimming lessons having no continuity of teachers - With the last instructor being rude to a point where our son didn’t want to swim anymore and was visually upset . Upon speaking to reception and asking to cancel our membership not a care was given nor asked if there was anything that could be done to help us etc The lack of customer care and service is truly shocking Facilities wise we only used the pool , changing rooms and viewing area Pool was great Changing rooms constantly dirty toilets usually out of order Viewing for swimming was good

The newly revamped gym offers a good range of equipment, looks good and has more than most people would need. The sauna and steam room are great. The pool is a good size and well maintained. What lets everything down is how dirty and wet, (a swimming costume dryer would be a great addition), the changing room floor is. It doesn’t look like it has had a proper clean for a very long time. It really does bring down the whole look and feel of the place and isn’t hygienic at all. Unfortunately half the toilets do not flush properly either. If these two things could be addressed, then the centre is definitely worth 4/5 stars for the value and facilities it provides.
